Well all the staff was good except 2 front desk people when I got here one was the general manager before he got let go and the Indian guy that works 3rd shift he is very rude and gets an attitude with you but after management came in from Madison everyone was just great the Madison manager she is Jamaican I think but she is so awesome everyone should follow her lead

Cindy,the room cleaner, did amazing job! My room didn't have a heat. I asked her for help and I was helped in NYC second. She immediately moved me to another room ( less then 30 min). I was in the room 139 and she moved me to 129. This is what I call professionalism! I highly recommend this hotel. And Cindy is one of the reason of my recommendation!
