Great place to stay close to the beach. Location is great and staff is friendly. We only had one issue, I asked for an extra pillow and was told “We don’t have extra pillows” the a day later asked again and sure enough one was given to us. Also the automatic doors began opening and closing at 1:55 am about 20-30 times and needless to say I could not sleep because we were in room 214 right above the office. Besides those two issues we had a great time and I would recommend this hotel.
We needed an ADA room capable of wheelchair use. This room was huge and worked very nicely. It didn't have the roll-in shower that we were promised. However, a shower chair was provided, and it worked very well. The staff brought in the microwave and the extra chairs that we requested. We liked this room much better than the very expensive rooms downtown where the rest of our party stayed. Thank you so much.
