This motel is located right off I-95, exit 53. This is an older motel but it appears that the rooms have been renovated. They have nice laminate plank floors and newer furniture. The bed was fairly comfortable. My only complaint is that the lights from outside the window were very bright and the curtains didn’t block it out on the top and edges. All night long, when I turned towards the window, I thought it was daylight. Alas it was a long night.
The room I stayed in was pet friendly. This may be why but I seen a bed bug on the floor. The ceiling tile in the bathroom was open exposing the pipes. No blow dryer. No coffee maker. But they did have a microwave and refrigerator. It seemed clean enough but a bit run down. Paint peeling a little. Door bottoms veneer peeling. But it was a safe area. And they have a grassy area for the dogs.
