Motel6 Grand Island, NE

We stayed at this Motel 6 for 8 days in October of 2024 after 2 days on the road from Kentucky. We were in Grand Island for the ASCA National Specialty (the biggest dog show of a year), which was held at the Fonner Park. We had 2 Aussies with us, and that's why we picked dog friendly Motel 6. Everything at the Motel was simply perfect. Rooms large, clean and comfortable, hallways had carpets and there was enough grass around the Motel to walk or exercise our dogs. The receptionist " Clarissa" was always sweet, helpful and welcoming. My dogs kept looking for her every time we entered the lobby. There was always fresh coffee in the kitchen every morning, and every room had a small fridge and microwave. Even though there were several of us with dogs, the Motel was still very quiet, peaceful, clean and very safe. This is the best ever Motel 6 we ever stayed at. And we travel with our dogs a lot and all over country. Thank you Motel 6 staff for making our stay comfortable and our entire stay in Grand Island, NE ended up being a wonderful and memorable experience ❤️

Always good stay , and just 1 update for semi parking availability there.big dirt lot blocked off, no more semi parking there..Cement blocks lined upped along property..There's enough for 2 semi's in front of hotel next to curb, with sign saying motel 6 parking ..Truckstop has 5 reserved parking near hotel next to shop.. location of those 5 spaces are on the rear back exit by shop.1st 5 spots with reserved post signs. Manger of motel 6 hasn't updated those post signs yet..
