I called the phone number on the receipt from a previous stay and made this reservation. When I got there, the desk had no reservation and said I was booked at a different site somewhere else in Sacramento. She got me a room and it was fine. However, I had to call the other site and cancel its reservation, which was quite a process ...the desk should have done this as it was not my doing. I never did receive confirmation that this had been taken care of...
The "deadbolt" in the door of Room #125 didn't work; just "spins" around instead of locking. I used the "swing bar door latch" for extra security. I like the Sacramento-North's location for its proximity to the freeway and various stores and restaurants, including a Denny's right next door.
