The second floor railing was being repaired, and I had no electricity the second night. Dennis, the desk clerk, tried his best. He even called his manager, checked the breaker in the basement, and returned to check on me. Since it was 10pm, and I was leaving in the morning, it was fine. I just went to sleep. Dennis went above & beyond in a really difficult situation. Thank you, Dennis!
Communication over the phone could be improved and coffee could be on the ready for guests, otherwise it was a great location, good prices and a warm room. The beds could be upgraded but overall it was a decent stay.
