Had a rough day and got turned away from a couple places due to it being later in the day and even had my booking messed up, But the lady in the front was very nice and helpful and reallt went above and beyond to make sure I got a room to stay in and it was really nice and clean I am forever greatful defenantly 5 Stat to the service here thanks Mercy for the great service!!! Keep up the great work :)
I called because I was in need of a room and I spoke with Mercie over the phone and she told me that she could help me. I came in and was able to meet the pleasant voice as well good customer service that I received over the phone and her customer service is even more pleasant in person. My experience was very pleasant and I greatly appreciate her for that. Thanks a million, you deserve 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s 🤩💫!
