Although the hotel provides "special rates," it's advisable to book in advance to secure a fixed price. I reserved a four-night stay for about $225. Upon arrival, I noticed they had rates for the Mayo Clinic, which were around $285. I decided to stick with the price I had booked online. Also, if you have an AARP membership, make sure to use it for additional discounts!

Even though they offer "special rates" book ahead of time to price lock. I booked ahead of time 4 nights. 225 and change. Got here noticed they have mayo clinic rates. Mentioned was here for the mayo clinic 285ish. Opted for the pre booked online price. Oh! And don't forget if you have aarp use it get your discount!
