When I book the room I asked for it to be on the 1st floor and close to the office. When I arrived I was first offered a room on 2nd floor above the office. I didn’t want that. Then I was offered a ADA room close to the office. I was ok with that although I don’t like the idea of possibly taking a room that could go to someone with disabilities.

A unexpected show up but happy, yet very disappointed that the original place I was supposed to stay couldn't complete my room reservation. The check-in clerk Ezneralda) is amazing, very friendly with a contagious bubbly personality! The place is nice as well!
