First of all the receptionist Paige is so friendly, helpful, personable. Its worth coming here just for her hospitality. The room was basic & fine, especially for the price, which was great. It's clean, has a mini fridge & microwave. No coffee maker. Shower was hot. Parking right outside room. There's a Dennys restaurant steps away and it was fine. Gas prices at stations here are super priced ( best we've seen on California I 5 so far) so you can fill up in morning and you're off.
My friends and I have been staying at this Motel 6 for over thirty years, to attend model flying events. Some of the rooms have suffered from lack of hot water in recent years but I have always been lucky. The staff have often solved any problems reported by moving folks to other rooms but this can’t be done at peak times. Some rooms are a bit 'tired' but it’s good value overall. The new. manager was extra friendly and helpful.
