My husband and I appreciate the friendliness and competence of the staff. Someone is always available, and they are all ready to help, answer questions, or provide an extra towel. The grounds are well kept, clean, and well lit at night. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is to defrost the freezer compartment in the refrigerator a little more often, but other than that we have found everthing to work well (and the water pressure in the shower is strong).
We greatly appreciated the pet friendly accommodations. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Good value for the money. Maybe a little microwave would have been nice for some hot chocolate in the evenings.
