Friendly host. Surpassed expectations given the low price. Sure, the hallway carpets aren't the cleanest but the hardwood in the room was clean and I liked it over the dirty carpets other cheap motels have. If the floor is not carpeted you know they can get it cleaner. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice to have DirecTV. Very pet friendly--no pet fee unless you let your dog onto the bed. Free coffee in the lobby. Pretty sparse givings in the room: only soap and a makeup remover wipe, no shampoo/conditioner fyi.

Great rates. Spilled water on the floor and when wiped it up the paper towel was blaxpck with dirt. Obviously floor had not been cleaned in a while.
