The staff at the front desk were friendly during check-in, and I found the room to be clean with a cold fridge. However, the room could use some updates, as the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the towels had stains, and the window lacked blackout shades.

Room was clean but rather cool when we arrived. Everything worked ok and room warmed up. The parking area and walkways were snow covered and it seemed the staff were a little slow in clearing the snow.
