I chose this hotel because it was near Chippenham Hospital while a family member was receiving treatment. Although I experienced some noise from yelling outside and a few knocks on my door during the night that startled me, I was able to overlook it. Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet, except for the first night, and it served my needs well.

Room#212 shower make noise when you get in because is like in the air no completely flat at the floor I was feeling like I was going to brake the floor and go down to the room under us 😠and the a/c was no cooling we keep it at 62 all day and night trying to cool it but never happen
