The staff is awesome. They were so accommodating with all the unusual requests we had. The floor in the rooms could have been cleaner and could have done without the marijuana smell wafting up from the floor below us. I did move down to the first floor from the 5th because I'm disabled and even though they have an elevator, it still proved taxing for me with all the luggage and such. They were so kind about all of it. I would definitely stay here again
The property is very well located to my needs when I visit, and the view out the front is awesome. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful. The only significant improvement I could recommend would be nicer sitting/lounge chairs, but that's probably outside the price point of the motel.
