This is the only motel6 I see that try to make things right for the guests staying here. They go the extra mile to accommodate and provide a friendly and professional service to everyone checking in or out. From the big boss lady to the front-line staff are all wonderful. They care about your stay and needs. I reached out for some shampoo, and they were able to provide it to me without hassle, even though I know none of the motel6 carry amenities since a long time now. Thank you.
I was pleasantly surprised, I don’t expect much from Motel 6 usually. Check-in was easy, one of our rooms was 30 minutes late being ready. Room was clean, bed was a bit firm. No shampoo sample. Pool looked clean, we didn’t get in. Our room was quiet, seemed safe no hanging out in the people in the parking lot. The “dog area†wasn’t much, could have cleared the weeds more and more mulch.
