The room wasnt so great and had to switch to a diff one the next day but they are updating them at the moment the gentlemen that check me and my family in was great SHANE THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your service you went above and beyond to make sure we got all the help we needed 🤗 we also had are dog with us and Shane was very careful when he came to check on something for us to not let are dog out which ment a lot to us
The room was fine, but their pool and hot tub is closed, and my card opened my door once and would not work again after that. It feels like they let some maintenance go for awhile and are trying to catch up. It’s alright but it could have been better. It’s disappointing because the hot tub and swimming pool is why we chose that hotel.
