The check-in clerk was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and providing clear information about parking and the location of the ice machine. She even followed up with a call to ensure I was satisfied with my room, which reflected a level of old-school professionalism. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The rates were competitive with other hotels, but this property stood out as superior, with a great location for gas, food, and other conveniences.
The staff was fantastic and the check-in process was smooth; however, the room was extremely dirty, and the refrigerator and microwave were in terrible condition, resembling items that should be discarded. The only reason I chose to stay was the price, but I definitely won't return. I have no complaints about the front desk staff, who were wonderful, and I wish them all the best.
