I had a fine experience overall, but the first room we entered could have used a little more attention. The bed was unmade, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped. They quickly accommodated us with a new room, which was much better.

The exterior of the hotel is stunning, but I found the room to be a bit lacking in cleanliness. Just a little more attention to detail would elevate the experience.
