Shiva, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was pretty frustrated with the fact that, I had gone through the process of booking online and receiving a quoted price but when I tried to confirm, I was bounced out! I repeated the process 2x with the same result and ended up calling-and being handed an extra 10$ charge more than the web price-very much a bait and switch and the very reason I will not be using Motel 6 in the future!
Refrigerator wasn't working, but when front desk was notified they exchanged it for one that was working. Was fixed in about 15 minutes I don't know about improvements. We love the Ontario Motel 6 We go to Ontario 3 times a year and always stay at the Motel6ont because it's clean and quiet plus the staff is so friendly and we feel safe there.
