The door did not have a good seal. There was quite a large crack and lots of very cold air coming in! We obviously had it bolted also, so I felt safe, but cold! The beds were super comfy! The thermostat was a little wonky, the room got up to 78! We turned it off then back on and it maintained a temp of 69 which was nice. I wish there was shampoo provided! I had to put a $50 dep down on my credit card and it hasn't been returned yet!

They made a room up on the ground floor special for me because I had an unexpected injury which made my reserved room on second floor nort accessible. Unfortunately, the adjustable thermostat had been removed for the heater. They immediately brought me a space heater. It's location was safe and secure.
