Liz the assistant manager is absolutely amazing and a delight to deal with. I recently moved back to the coast and have been staying here until I find a new place. Liz has made my stay a nice one. She knows her stuff and makes sure things stay on task. I wasn’t being charged the correct amount and it cause an issue and Liz was quick to fix the issue and make things right.
Refrigerator, one of the stove top eyes, the floor tripped us a lot due to damaged edges, A/C leaked some, TV had very limited channels, bathtub very slippery and floor was dirty. Lots of people seemed to live there and most were kinda creepy. Better housekeeping and a new fridge and cooktop. All of that said, Anna Maria was super nice and helpful both in booking and at the front desk.
