Not all subway sandwiches are created equal nor are studio 6's. This one is clean, quite, safe, great location close to downtown ocean springs. Bus stop out front...walk to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Newly remodeled and has no cleaning smell in the rooms. Only motel around with kitchen,,,bring ur own pans, kitchen utensils. Laundry on site. Dare to compare!

The property was nice and clean There's a place for the kids to play and sit out side. They all love animals and was very happy to see us every morning
