It's always a great stay with very friendly staff. The only complaint is that it's usually difficult to get the deposit back. There's been multiple times I've had to call back to the hotel to get the deposit refunded even after I check out and remind them to refund it. It's a step they seem to continuously miss. However, it doesn't stop me from going back because I eventually always recieve the deposit back and because of the great staff.
Front desk staff are wonderful, always smiling. I stay here frequently and honestly receive higher quality customer service than I do at Hyatt Regency, Wyndham or Hilton, and I’m a Wyndham Rewards Platinum member and Hilton Diamond member. They clearly love their jobs and it shows. It would be nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in every room, this is the one thing I would suggest improving.
