The tub drain was non-functional. You can't take a bath, only a shower. I mentioned this to two different desk agents and they both said it was done on purpose in all rooms because people were turning on the water and then leaving, and causing floods. I can't tell if that's true or not because I didn't visit other rooms, but that's explanation I was given. People like to be able to take a bath, it'd be nice if those drains worked.
Room was large, bright & airy with ample storage space. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels supplied. Shower easy to regulate & use. Soap is provided; perhaps a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser would be an idea. Very useful having a fridge in the room. Complimentary tea in the morning is welcome, but in the absence of a kettle in the room, it would be good if this was extended beyond 1000 and was made an all-day feature.
