The front desk staff Leticia and Tamara were so wonderful. They greet you with a smile and engage in conversation with you, making you feel welcomed. The housekeepers are so nice and helpful and not only do you get clean towels offered daily, after only 3 days they offer to give you clean bedding. The room is clean and smells clean. I will continue to come back to the Motel 6 on Barcus in Fresno as long as this staff is there.
Not much. The front desk staff Leticia and Tamara are awesome, friendly and helpful. The one person that was not was Reina, she was always rude, and bad attitude...not friendly at all. If I had to deal with her very much I would not stay here even though this is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Another thing I feel after a guest utilizes your motels so many times they should be rewarded with a free night or two
