I only received maid service once during my 4 day stay. I was told I had to request it every day, but when I requested maid service on Thursday October 10th, my room was not made. there was a hole in the bathroom door. On the bright side, the night front desk was excellent and also the day and swing shift.

Easy access from hwy. Restaurant and has stations on same block. Would be nice if when one asks for a 1st floor room they get it, rather than being told "you should have checked in earlier." Assumed when you post a non-refundable you get the room you ask for.
