The initial room I was assigned had not been cleaned after the previous guest, with unmade beds, a full trash can, and dirty cups left on the dresser. However, the staff promptly provided me with a different room and offered an apology. In the second room, the TV was not functioning, but an employee came to reset it and had a positive attitude throughout the process.

The hotel was easy to locate, but I was disappointed to discover there were no ground-floor rooms available, which I really needed due to my health and mobility issues. I should have checked in advance, but I was quite happy upon my arrival. The stairs were quite steep!
