The only issue I had in room 117 was that the I called the front desk for a wake up call and the phone went to a busy signal. I walked to the front office around 8pm and asked the clerk for a wake up call and she stated that someone would come at 630 am to knock and no one came. The property was quite clean and safe. Overall besides the night clerk and phone issue I enjoyed my stay.
The Staff is wonderful at this particular location in Rancho Mirage. Anthony helped me when i was having a panic attack he went above and beyond and i appreciate staff like him. There was an error made when i booked the room, he went out of his way to make sure i would have somewhere to sleep. I would Also like to mention the lady working the graveyard shift, i forgot her name but also exemplary staff member.
