For the conditions at hand, i.e. short staffed, the staff is doing good job. I rent a room one night weekly for few hours of sleep, it’s always been clean and quiet. I appreciate the front desk staff always accommodating me on short notice. Did have some damage to a bathroom wall in one of the rooms. Other than that, all was well with my stays.

Clean, comfortable, safe & quiet. Maybe a later check out when staying for events at Troy. We were in town for SEUS and the kids rehearse on Saturday until 10:30 (check out is 11am), so we are a bit rushed. Other than that, we have returned to this same location the last 3 years and plan on seeing you again next year. Thank you!
