Liked the friendly staff. Liked the large room. Liked the comfy bed. Disliked that my fridge didn’t work (I had to keep everything in the freezer) Disliked that I had ants in and around the shower at one point, but I brought and sprayed with home defense and had no issues after that. Think the property could benefit from hiring a security company to at least do a few patrols of the property and parking garage at night when staff are not there.
Once the lobby closed homeless people entered the building and slept in the lobby and stairwell. It was uncomfortable in that regard. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Oversized parking was limited and the parking garage clearance was very low. I drive a standard pickup truck and could not fit so the staff saved a spot for me each night so I could have my truck on the property in a well lit area which worked out great.
