K.K. Is the best hotel manager that I’ve ran into met with. I used to travel a lot for work. Very accommodating. Very understanding. Patient kind, just excellent. Her attitude is just suburb. I appreciate her accommodating me and my son and his girlfriend and their dogs. Just an excellent place to be at. She’s always here. If there’s any problem, She’s always available.

I love the smoking floor. The morning staff can be more people friendly. I am coming to spend my money here. Don't be rude to anyone. You never know what has lead someone to your establishment. I think a people empathy class would be good.
