I had made a mistake and booked the room under my guest name and the lady in the front desk made all the adjustments with no fuss got to check in early for a small fee and got the room that I wanted .. thanks sooo much for the help and care we needed .. must stay and definitely coming back
The staff at this hotel are wonderful, professional, as accommodating as they can be, and hard working. That is the only positive thing about this dump. I chose this hotel for the sole reason it was so close to Lackland.
