This is a good motel .When I called the office for details and prices they have excellent prices for weeks stay.Motel was exceptionally clean no mold smell in hallways leading to rooms.Theyhave ice machines,room service exceptional clean lobby elevators and lobby and rooms bathrooms etc.Great great safe location next to gas station and little rock air force base front entrance road and next to Starbucks,Walmart ,first Arkansas Bank and trust Walmart supercenter and hair salon and many fast food restaurants.I rate this motel a 10 for location , safety and friendliness of staff and people in this local area.no carpet on floor made the cleanliness exceptional well and floor was very clean and no strong mold smells in room.I stayed here while they were painting my apartment.The bed was extremely comfortable.The bathtub was super clean with no stains in bathroom or bathtub.They have grabbar handrails in bathtub.The front desk person showed me 2 available rooms before I decided to purchase.They above and beyond to help me.They have have handicapped ramp to side entrance door that leads directly to Exceptionally clean elevator.
Owner/manager posted sign to charge if you pay and book on line. I paid twice for last night and was trying to figure out what happened. He stated that was not his responsibility to check the charges. He if course charged the highest rate. We've been here a week due to my mother in-law passing away. The night manager is always wonderful and my mother recently stayed here over a week until her new house was ready. He doesn't seem to appreciate the customer's that are loyal. Very disappointed and now my husband and I have no where to go due to being charged twice for last night. Just unnecessary stress added to an emotional time in life. No coffee or breakfast of any kind offered. Skip this place, there are several others up the road.
