The rooms were very old and smelled of smoke even though they were non smoking rooms. Towels were very small and on second day we only got one regular size one and two hand towels to take showers with. Needs some serious updates but I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because the gentleman working there went above and beyond to be helpful. It was close to alot of food, shopping, and gas stations so there's that. We did not encounter any bug issues that other reviews spoke of.
This is my home away from home. I’m not even from here just working but anytime I’m here now and moving forward this is where I’m staying. Google should up the ratings here just based on customer service, experience and satisfaction. The staff’s patience and understanding, and willingness to help is what makes me feel more like family instead of a customer. To each and everyone who’s worked the front desk these past couple months me being in Mississippi I just want to say thankyou you’re awesome!
