The upstairs room stays kinda hot on one side and cold on the side with the bathroom. The downstairs room stayed cold all the way throughout the room. Has a mini fridge and a microwave that worked well. It was a nice stay all in all. The biggest downfall was the fact that they require a deposit of $100 cash paid by card that you must wait to be reimbursed for after you check out. Their add states they hold your debit card for this deposit, which is not true. The cash comes directly off your debit card in addition to the charges for renting the room.
The staff are very nice and the room is excellent. Don't listen to the bad reviews, in my experience the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite cozy. The TV is great, the bed is soft and comfy, there is plenty of room for your belongings, and I love it here. Also they offer extended stay. The management is very accommodating as well, despite what other bad reviews try to portray. Give it a try, you'll see what I'm saying.
