The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Dirty rude owners. I booked online with Priceline the owner said they made a mistake, on my check in date so charged me an extra day and higher. Donuts which were awful, 2 or 4 days old. I was suppose to have double bed handicapped room, she gave me one bed and basically told me accept it or leave. It had non handicapped bars to insure my safety. It was not a handicap room and I had to handle stairs after major surgery while paying for a handicap room. Then I was suspost to check out on the 12 th they locked me out of my room, told me Priceline did not book it for the 12th and they can’t find when I paid they owner the extra day. I had to pay again this time over 93 Dollars. This time Robbery ! The guy was so rude and even threaten to refuse me a room, when he can’t even find where I paid for extra day. Drug addicaties , unclean people and employees that say the owner don’t care, I could not even barely turn on the shower and it would never shut off ?? and take advantage of them. Now the guy with horrible teeth scary and threating . Just came a knocked on my door, told me to turn down the TV I’m terribly frightened I’m leaving right now. Also people coming with motorcycles in the hotel parking lot Don’t ever stay there
It is exactly what was expected for this type of hotel. We found check-in quick and easy. The person behind the desk provided some valuable information regarding the event we were attending. It really helped when we went to the tournament the next day, plus he was funny and very personable. The room was clean, the TV had more channels than I expected. The price was less than half of others in the area that had raised prices because of the golf tournament. It is easy on/off from the highway, food and drink close. It met or exceeded all our needs.
