Terms and conditions

•
OYO reserves the right to change the fees, program structure, terms, and conditions, or the benefits associated with the Wizard membership at any point in time.
•
The Wizard membership discount is applicable only for the booking created within the validity period of one's membership.
•
Reward stay is limited to one night only.
•
Reward stay can be availed only once a year on selected Wizard Hotels while the membership is active, in case of membership expiry the member has to renew the membership to avail the free stay. To clarify, there cannot be more than 1 reward stay per year per member.
•
The bookings will not be counted, and the counter will be reset if the membership is not renewed within 365 days from the date of expiry of the membership.
•
The Reward Stay will be valid only for 365 days from the date of unlocking the Reward Stay.
•
The Reward Stay would require a payment of a service charge, which will be communicated by OYO while the Member books a Reward Stay room.
•
Reward stay can not be combined with multiple bookings or used as part of any booking for more than 1 night.
•
“Pay at Hotel” exclusive benefit(s) is only available to Gold members on selected Wizard Hotels.
•
Wizard Members have the option to select two (2) Wizard Base Hotels during the validity period of the Wizard membership.
•
Users will be able to choose only selected Wizard properties as his/her Wizard Base Hotel(s).
•
There is no option to change the Wizard Base Hotel(s) till the selected Base is a part of Wizard Member Hotel Network. If a Member hotel leaves the Wizard membership status, the customer will be intimated and will be able to set a new hotel as his/her Wizard Base Hotel while creating the next booking. This condition can change in future subject to program structure revision policy rights.
•
Free membership extension is valid only once per user, and that too only if the benefits availed are less than the membership price in his/her first membership plan.
•
Wizard Member hotels can change from time to time. Hence, OYO doesn't guarantee a Wizard discount at any hotel for perpetuity.
•
Invoice will be sent to the registered OYO Wizard member after their sign up to their registered email id. If the email id is not registered, kindly call the customer support center and get it registered separately.
•
There is a maximum discount cap per booking for availing the OYO Wizard membership discount.
•
Any kind of customer fraud being done related to OYO Wizard Membership can result in strict legal or policy action against the customer id and phone number.
•
Wizard alliance benefits are also subject to change and OYO has the right to offer these benefits to selected or all customers from time to time.
•
Discount will be applicable only when the booking is made through OYO app, website, call center or by walking-in to a Wizard Member Hotel. Also, the booking needs to be made with the registered mobile number only for discount eligibility.
•
The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
•
Membership can not be downgraded during the validity period once purchased.

55% off coupon(s) awarded is valid for one booking of a maximum of 10 room nights only. Silver Members will be able to avail 55% off on one booking using the single coupon code. Gold Members will be able to avail 55% off on two bookings using the two single coupon codes.

OYO shall be entitled to revise the benefits, privileges and entitlements under the Wizard membership, including adding or removing certain benefits, privileges and entitlements, by giving sufficient notice to the Wizard member. The Wizard members’ continued usage and/or subscription to the Wizard membership program, after being notified of such revision to the the benefits, privileges and entitlements under the Wizard membership, shall be deemed to the Wizard member’s consent to such revision. Such revised benefits, privileges and entitlements may be subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the Wizard member.

OYO Wizard is a membership program focused on providing discounts and other exclusive benefits to the members. Such benefits are non-cash and non-transferable. As a member, you will be entitled to additional discounts of up to 5% on OYO Wizard Member hotels and 10% on Wizard Base Hotels, inclusive of a one night reward stay after successfully staying with OYO for 9 nights for Blue members, 7 nights for Silver members and 5 nights for Gold members and members will also enjoy exclusive benefits such as priority customer support (Silver and Gold members) and Pay at the hotel (Gold members) along with partner coupons.

Your membership details are mentioned under the profile section in the wizard homepage on the app. Once you purchase the Wizard membership, the membership details are also sent to you through email.
Your Wizard membership gets confirmed only post receipt of payment for the same. In case you made a Pay at Hotel booking, the membership will be confirmed only after payment is received at the hotel.
Wizard ‘Base’ is that one special hotel where you can avail 10% discount on all your future bookings.
You can select the Wizard base hotel(s) from the Wizard homepage under the profile section on the app. Visit the Wizard homepage and click on the membership setting icon. Once you have entered the settings page you will find an option to select Wizard base hotel(s). Please note that in case you buy membership from a Wizard Member hotel, then that respective hotel automatically becomes your Wizard Base.
Once selected, the Wizard Base cannot be changed for the duration of the membership. However, if in an unlikely event of Wizard Member Hotel opting out of this program, you shall be provided an option to opt for an alternate Wizard Base.
You are eligible for a 10% additional discount at your Wizard Base for every subsequent booking after your first checkout from your Wizard Base. For your first stay at Wizard Base, you are entitled for a 5% discount.
You can avail reward stay only once in every 365 days but your membership should be active at the time of redemption of Reward Stay.

Validity of OYO Wizard membership is 6 months for Blue members, 12 months for Silver members, and 12 months for Gold members from the date of purchase. You may avail discount across all Wizard Member Hotels unlimited number of times during the validity period, i.e. True Infinity!
Yes, you are entitled for a 5% additional discount for your first booking (including your Wizard Base hotel). In case you have already checked in, the same amount will be adjusted against the booking at the time of checkout.
There are various Wizard exclusive benefits, such as Priority customer support (Silver and Gold members) and Pay at Hotel (Gold members). Wizard exclusive benefits and exciting deals include the additional time to time discounts & offers that will be offered exclusively to OYO Wizard members. These benefits will be communicated to the Wizard member through their registered email and/or SMS.
Silver and Gold members will receive 1 and 2 55% off coupon codes respectively immediately after the membership purchase.
The 55% off coupon codes will be valid for 6 and 12 months for Silver and Gold members respectively.
The Wizard membership is automatically extended by 3 months (only once) if the benefits are less than the membership price
