The location, staff, food, rooms, and facilities are quite commendable. I am sharing a review based on my experience with a 30-guest stay. *** Ignore the older negative reviews when evaluating the hotel. *** The hotel is no more affiliated with OYO Rooms. *** Booked 4th Floor - 9 Rooms x 3 Person - Location: Nearly on Science City Road - Vehicle Parking: Available in the Basement - Rooms: Spacious, Clean, well-furnished, equipped with RFID card locks - Bathroom Toilet: Roomy and Clean - Water Bottles: Complimentary 2 bottles - All-out: Yes, available in every room - Hand Wash & Shower Gel: Provided in every bathroom - Hot Water: Available with Geyser Facility (WORKING) - AC: Centralized in working condition - Doormats and Shoo stand: Yes - Breakfast: Delicious (Alu Paratha + Bread Butter) - Masala Tea: Good - Staff Behavior: Friendly and Polite There is an additional charge of Rs. 30 for toothpaste and a toothbrush. The reservation was made through traditional means, not online.
