Dear OYO Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at one of your properties. Upon arrival, I was informed that my check-in was denied, despite having a confirmed reservation. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, upon finally being accommodated, I found that the washroom facilities were not up to the standard I expected. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential factors when staying at any accommodation, and unfortunately, this was lacking. To add to my disappointment, I was asked to pay extra fees upon check-in, which was not communicated prior to my arrival. This unexpected additional cost was both surprising and unwelcome, and it tainted my overall experience with OYO.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch and added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. Highly recommended for a pleasant and luxurious experience.
