The room was absolutely fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities one could ask for, but one of the staff named Rahul* he was trying to get extra money from me as he said I have to check out at 7am in the morning or else I have to pay extra charges. This is so inappropriate because I checked out late at night and even paying for the full night I have to check out at 7am in the morning like why would pay extra for it as the check out time was at 11am. Well After all the manager Santosh* he was nice and took action immediately after I reported the problem! So overall it was a good experience over there , It's just that one staff who made it problematic.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was a bit disappointing, but the exceptional food and cleanliness made up for it. The staff ensured that everything was spotless, and the delicious food made my stay even more delightful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
