The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing, deserving a 5-star rating. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, only deserving a 1-star rating. The room was infected with cockroaches and bedbugs which brought the overall rating of the room to 1 star. On the bright side, the location was perfect, deserving a well-deserved 5-star rating. Overall, it was a good stay despite the cleanliness issue.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are ncredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
