Oyo needs to manage their properties beforehand rather than ending up in customer grievance. I had to face a lot of trouble in the pas as well. This time around, 3 CRM were engaged who finally assured 1 property for me. I was so fed up, that I decided to checkout a day earlier.
The hotel provided a top-notch check-in experience. The room was tidy and well-maintained, earning a solid four stars for cleanliness. However, the food fell a bit short, receiving a three-star rating. Overall, a delightful stay.
