I can't believe how awful the check-in experience was at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The food was just as disappointing, with tasteless. One of the most bad experience in Oyo, they have room during check-in but they not allotted the room just because in Oyo site price was low.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience.
