The cleanliness of the hotel was average, not great but not terrible either. The check-in experience was also just okay, nothing extraordinary. However, the food quality was really disappointing, with very limited options and tasteless dishes. Overall, an average experience, could have been better.

The check-in experience was top-notch, with the staff being very welcoming and efficient. The room was absolutely fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff throughout my stay were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a truly 5-star experience.
