The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. Overall, a fantastic hotel! 5 stars all around.

The check-in experience at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was welcoming and efficient. However, the overall experience was tarnished by the cleanliness of the room. They need to improve on this aspect.
