I recently stayed at this OYO property, and while the room and amenities were quite good, the experience with the staff was disappointing. The room was clean, comfortable, and matched the pictures online. The location was convenient, and the facilities met my expectations. However, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful, which dampened the overall experience. If customer service were improved, this would be a fantastic place to stay. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option but be prepared for less-than-stellar service.
The check-in experience at the hotel was great, smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they could have been a bit more attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, but it could use some updates. Overall, a pleasant stay. Rating: 3 stars.
