I must say, the check-in experience was absolutely top-notch! The staff was extremely welcoming and efficient, making the whole process a breeze. The food in the hotel was simply delightful, every meal was a treat for my taste buds. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-maintained. A truly remarkable stay, giving full 5 stars for all these aspects!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, extremely professional and friendly. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and with stunning views. However, the check-in experience was not up to par. It took longer than expected, and there was a lack of organization. Overall, still a great hotel deserving of 5 stars.
