The staff were very helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and attention. The staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch, earning a solid 5 stars. However, the food and cleanliness were major letdowns, deserving only 1 star each. Overall, I had a great time due to the efficient check-in process, but improvements are needed in the food quality and cleanliness aspects.
