Budget friendly? Kind off Hows the room ? Well pretty neat. Tv ?( May/may not) Its like rolling dice . Even if yu get good luck finding channels or working ones. Main issue No hot water . Not once had a chance to get hit water . And once there was no water at all. Forget bathing .... Good luck flushing. ( Luckily i always keep a bucket filled full ( out if habit). Room comfortable? Yes Spacious? Not much but cant complain. Staffs are good . ( If you didnt , you might have superiority complex). Lift works. Locks propper Bed squeaks . Its kinda funny 🤣. ( Hope its helpful for some of you guys. ) It was clean before ( overall) few times it wasnt might be cause i visited when it was dirty. But not that dirty. Internet connection is good. Wifi is also available just ask password.
