The day receptionist Vikram was exceptionally helpfulnThe rooms are bigger than any other comparable ones in other properties around the area (we checked).The description in booking simply does not match what is provided.nIf the description was changed to being honest to what is provided then the room is simple but ok.nnIt read that the room is equipped with kitchen, fridge, toaster.nIt also states the room comes with a patio. There is no patio. There is no kitchen.nThere should have been toilet paper provided (was not). nWe only had one small bedsheet and 1 towel for 2 (Vikram changed that)
I must say that my stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The check-in experience was seamless and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free start to my trip. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, adding an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable and enjoyable experience.
